In the #Ibelong project we build a programme of interventions to develop a sense of belonging among higher education students irrespective of their diversity, thereby increasing student retention and promoting a fair chance of succeeding.
Throughout the course of an academic year 2019/2020, both students and teaching staff at our four partner Universities took part in several interventions, built to complement one another: Dialogue Days, Team Teacher Reflections and Community Mentoring. For the academic year 2020/2021, impacted by Covid-19, we adjusted our interventions to hybrid/online format.
